Running a wildlife rescue involves much more than looking after animals. There is constant cleaning, maintenance, food preparation, enclosure care and general practical work that keeps everything running.

WHAT DOES A CORPORATE DAY INVOLVE?

Each corporate day is organised around your group size, the time available and the needs of the rescue.

Your experience may include:

1. Welcome and Introduction

Your day begins with a welcome from our team and an introduction to Hillary Harry and Friends Wildlife Rescue.

We'll explain our work, the animals we care for and the importance of wildlife rescue and rehabilitation.

2. Wildlife Rescue Education

Learn about the challenges facing wildlife, the work involved in rescuing and caring for animals and the importance of animal welfare.

​

3. Practical Volunteering Activities

Get involved in the everyday jobs that make a real difference, which may include:

• Cleaning and maintaining animal enclosures.

• Preparing food and feeding areas.

• Preparing enrichment activities.

• General maintenance and improvements.

• Groundskeeping and outdoor jobs.

• Helping organise and maintain rescue facilities.

4. Teamwork and Making a Difference

HALF-DAY CORPORATE EXPERIENCE

Up to 10 people – £350

Up to 20 people – £650

Approximately 3 hours.

Includes:

• Welcome and introduction to the rescue.

• Wildlife education and information.

• Supervised practical volunteering activities.

• Enclosure maintenance and general rescue tasks.

• Food preparation and enrichment activities where appropriate.

• An opportunity to support our everyday work.

FULL-DAY CORPORATE EXPERIENCE

Up to 10 people – £550

Up to 20 people – £950

Approximately 6 hours.

Includes:

• Welcome and introduction to the rescue.

• Wildlife rescue and animal welfare education.

• A programme of supervised practical activities.

• Cleaning and enclosure maintenance.

• Food preparation and enrichment activities where appropriate.

• Grounds maintenance and general rescue support.

• Refreshment breaks.

• A rewarding team experience supporting our charity.

PREMIUM CORPORATE EXPERIENCE

Up to 10 people – £750

Up to 20 people – £1,200

Approximately 6 hours.

For companies looking for a more personalised experience.

Includes:

• Everything included in our full-day experience.

• A bespoke wildlife education programme.

• A more personalised introduction to the rescue and its work.

• Corporate supporter certificate.

• An agreed acknowledgement of your company's support.

Additional participants may be considered by prior arrangement, subject to staffing, capacity and safety requirements.

All activities are planned around the welfare of our animals and the safety of everyone attending.

YOUR SUPPORT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

• Cleaning materials and protective equipment.

• Enclosure maintenance and improvements.

• The everyday running of our wildlife rescue.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Corporate volunteering days must be arranged in advance.

A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your chosen date, with the remaining balance payable before the event.

Group sizes are subject to availability, staffing and appropriate safety arrangements.

Please note that hands-on animal contact is not guaranteed. Animal welfare always comes first, and all activities will be supervised and authorised by the rescue.

Suitable clothing and footwear will be required. Further information will be provided before your visit.

Refreshments, accessibility requirements and any additional arrangements can be discussed when booking.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
